Clarissa is helping make the dream of opening and compliantly operating a Private Career College into reality for many business owners.  Experienced in dealing with nine provincial ministries governing Private Career Colleges (PCC’s), her knowledge is unlike any other in Canada.
Clarissa also transforms companies by streamlining administration, improving processes, and updating records, documents and forms.  Her goal is to help businesses implement more efficient systems that are cost effective, allowing them to generate more revenue.
Administrative Services, Project Management and working within PCC rules and regulations are Clarissa’s specialties.  Her understanding and hard-working temperment means quality results for her clients.

Sara Fitchett

Sara brings over 10 years of experience working in the Private Career College Sector and over 20 years of experience providing professional services within multiple industries.

Sara gained valuable knowledge in her experience working in the medical, radio broadcasting, construction and transportation industries as well.  She is able to effectively assess and recommend improvements in Human Resource, Operations, and Sales within a business, and implement custom solutions.

Negotiating corporate training between PCC’s and companies as well as coordinating mentorship programs are rewarding accomplishments for Sara.  In working with industry experts throughout Canada, Sara has gained unique insight into the provincial differences, enabling her to provide exceptional service to her clients.
